DIY eLiquids above the 24 mg strength are not intended for direct consumption.  They are intended to provide an economical eLiquid base for "Do It Yourselfers" to mix with additional PG, VG, distilled water and/or flavors to make their own custom eLiquid.  Nicotine is a dangerous chemical.  Most importantly, it is "transdermal", which means skin does not act as a barrier, if you get it on your skin, it goes right through to your insides (which is why our safety personnel will not allow us to sell stronger than 60 mg concentration).  Anyone handling our strong nicotine concentrations in our lab wears a respirator, rubber gloves, goggles, and yes, sometimes a white coat :).  If you aren't qualified to handle chemicals, we recommend you do not purchase our stongest concentrations.
