I've been using this 510-T kit and enjoy it much more than using a cartridge atomizer. I have not experienced any atomizer flooding, or tank leakage as mentioned in other reviews.
Pros: The Low Resistance atomizer means a hotter atomizer, which brings richer flavor, more consistent hits, more vapor. Less refilling. No filler material so you can see when its time to refill before the vapor gets to the point of tasting burnt. This is easier on the atomizer because there's no overheating from being run too dry. Tanks are easy to clean just rinse them out with water and let them dry.
Cons: The 510-T atomizers do seem to clog sometimes, especially when you vape like a steam locomotive. (Like me.) However, a good soaking in distilled water breaks up the VG or PG, then give it a good blowing out and the atomizer is good as new again. DO NOT use alcohol or solvents for cleaning your atomizer! Isopropyl alcohol is recommended on some websites but don't use it unless you want stainless steel atomizers! I tried this method and it took the black paint off my 510 (cart) atomizers. Paint does not bond very well with stainless steel (which these atomizers are made of), it will come off easily.
If you enjoy a heavy hit and lots of vapor I recommend removing the top cap and the restrictor plate from the tank. With a little work from your thumbnail it will come off, a paper clip bent into a hook gets out the restrictor plate.
If this is your first purchase my recommendation is to spend the extra few dollars and get the 510-T kit. If you already own a 510 buy this upgrade kit, you'll enjoy your 510 a bit more. It will seem like a new toy all over again.

Both of the atomizers I received flooded after just a few minutes of use and I was all set to email customer service with my complaint of next to zero vapor production untill I discovered the problem. A few puffs using a blank mouth piece cleared up the problem and now they both vape like champs!
I've made two purchases from these guys and each time I received my order in 3 days, very nice indeed!

This kit was great at first - wonderful flavor and great vapor; however, after a couple of uses I also had a leakage problem. Normally I use approx a 15 mil bottle of e-liquid a month but when using this system went thru one bottle in a week's time - I will go back to the cartomizers for a while until the manufacturer improves the 510 tank system. American Eliquid offers great customer service but this is the manufacturer's fault. It is easy to use but the leakage is a problem.

I purchased the Joye 510 Tank Upgrade kit some time ago. The first couple times I used it, it was great. Good vapor production and the flavor of the eliquid was enhanced a bit. However, I'm so far disappointed with the tank kit because there are consistent leaking issues (see below) after using the product for the first 2 or 3 times.
After the first few uses, the tank cartriges began consistently leaking the eliquid from the center tank into the middle tank, then into the small chamber between the middle cap and the end cap (where you draw from). Taking draws after that happens results in getting the not-so-good tasting eliquid directly in your mouth and it becomes messy. I then have to take the tanks apart and clean them. Which doesn't help much because the same thing (leaking) happens again fairly quickly after replacing them. Also, like mentioned in another review, the draw is significantly harder than with the carts.
I did notice in an earlier review that the user removed the top and middle caps and had a much better experience with these. I am going to try the same to see if it works better with my kit. If it doesn't, I would have to lower my rating and not recommend these until the leaking problems are fixed.

Tank kit modification seems to make it work even better

This thing is really good, I like it a lot. I thought it a little harder to draw air through it than on the old-fashioned fiber-fill cartridges though was the only thing I noticed.
However, using an unbent paperclip, I discovered I can pop off the tip end that goes into the mouth and that opens it up from a tiny hole to soda-straw size. Then I discovered I can also pop out the next little layer below that, also with just a tiny hole, thus opening it up to allow a huge amount of air and vapor to come through, no longer constricted by those tiny holes. I don't leak either after I remove those two things, it just draws better with more air and vapor in each puff. Don't know it's recommended to do that, but I'm saying I did and it made an improvement more to my liking. Thanks.

I had two 510 batteries so went with this upgrade over the eGo T-Tank system. It's way less hassle than the eGo system, I fill 5 tanks, cap 4 and throw them in a pouch in my pocket. Very easy to switch them out and no mess much unlike the eGo system.
I visited my friend who has the "Type B" eGo tanks which are nice in that they hold a lot of liquid but they are EXTREMELY messy. They leak liquid into the caps and don't draw anywhere near as nice as this tank system does.
I prefer using VG in this system over PG I've found as the PG doesn't seem to get as strong of a hit but I don't smoke PG fairly often so I could just be Doing it Wrong. I ended up getting an eGo 1000 mAh battery as my 510 batteries and personal charging unit were all dying. Perfect setup, don't have to sit around playing mad scientist while out and about just puff away and continue the night.

This is the first thing I've tried that actually works as advertised. Literally no problems whatsoever. I've been looking for something that will hold a days worth of liquid without having to refill, this is it.
One suggestion, small labels or some way to mark what is in each cartridge. Markers rub off whatever the cartridge is made of.

These are really nice like the ego cone but it wouldn't work on my other mods this vapes as good or better then then the cone and works on all my mods. like the draw better holds less liquid then the cone but with the new ease of filling not a issue buy a 5 pack of theses you wont be disappointed theses well fly off the shelves
